Clearpath Given Official Green Light for Three Corners Development

Last week the Clearpath development team was officially authorized to begin negotiations with the City; a phase expected to last approximately 120 days.

Exactly six years ago, DPZ CoDESIGN was hired to engage the community on what they wanted to see for this parcel. It was the largest public input process ever undertaken in the City, resulting in what has been affectionately dubbed "the standing ovation" plan, which informed the final plan.

It bears repeating -- while Three Corners is City-owned land, it is the developers who will foot the bill to bring this to fruition, not the taxpayers.
